About the speaker

Dr. Kapil Sankhla is a practicing advocate at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, with over 30 years at the Bar. A first-generation lawyer, his practice spans constitutional, criminal, commercial and matrimonial law, and he regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, and specialized tribunals.
